A Norwich teenager has appeared in court accused of making a hoax bomb threat concerning Norwich ’s Castle Mall. Luke Brown, 18, of Arnold Miller Road, Norwich , appeared before Norwich hearing. Brown, who was represented in court by Heather Lacey, will next appear at Norwich Crown Court on April 14.
